EXPLORE Disc Golf — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit by ElevateUT

About EXPLORE Disc Golf

Our Mission

EXPLORE Disc Golf is an open source initiative by ElevateUT Disc Golf, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, to expand disc golf access on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) public lands across the United States.

245 million acres of America's public lands are managed by the BLM. Only three disc golf courses exist on that land. We believe that number should be much higher — and the EXPLORE Act gives us the legislative framework to make it happen.

What We Do

Educate

We break down the EXPLORE Act and BLM recreation permitting process so advocates understand the path to a new course.

Connect

Our BLM Office Finder maps every field office and helps advocates identify the right contacts for their area.

Equip

Our AI-powered packet generator creates customized proposal materials tailored to each BLM office — for free.

Track

We track engagement progress with BLM offices nationwide so the community can see momentum building.

About ElevateUT

ElevateUT Disc Golf is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Utah dedicated to growing the sport of disc golf through course development, community building, and advocacy. We work with land managers, local governments, and disc golf organizations to create courses that are accessible, sustainable, and fun.

Open Source

This project is open source under the Apache-2.0 license . We believe that expanding recreation on public lands is a community effort, and our tools should be free and transparent.
